Charges

Our fee for setting up an Indonesian foreign investment company (PMA) with all the necessary basic licences is US$3,500 (all-in, no hidden cost). We are able to provide registered address and Indonesian nominee director for your company for free of charge.

For legal due diligence, our fee is from US$3,000.

For drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, our fee ranges between US$3,000 to US$20,000, depending on the complexity of the transaction and time spent for meetings and negotiation.

We also provide full corporate secretarial, work permit application, accounting and tax filings services.

Our hourly rate for legal consultation is US$400 for a partner and between US$150 to US$300 for an associate.

Consultation can be held at any of our offices or at the client's office.
