Yufendy Yang

Yufendy was legally trained in Indonesia, United Kingdom and Singapore, and had lived in China and Australia.

He graduated from the University of Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta Indonesia in 1999. He started his career as a legal trainee under the supervision of senior lawyer Drs. Eddy Sadeli, SH, who currently serves as a member of Indonesian Parliament. Yufendy holds a licence to practise Indonesian law in Indonesia issued by the Indonesian Bar Association (Peradi).

Yufendy is also an advocate and solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore after serving his pupilage at Rodyk & Davidson LLP and subsequently practising as an associate with KhattarWong Partnership (both are Singapore law firms). He was also legally trained at the University of Exeter, United Kingdom; and is currently pursuing his professional qualification as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales.

His practice areas include general corporate & investment, merger & acquisition and private equity funds. Yufendy is our managing partner and heads the firm's mining, energy, agriculture & property practice groups. Conversant in Indonesian and English, he is also one of the very few Chinese (Mandarin) speaking lawyers in Jakarta.

Sarma E. Sihombing

Sarma is an Indonesian qualified lawyer licensed by the Indonesian Bar Association. She completed her law degree in 2000 and has since worked as a lawyer at few top shipping law firms in Jakarta. She has an active and diverse litigation practice, including shareholders dispute, property / land dispute, employment, banking and divorce matters. In addition, she has wide experience in general corporate matters, including incorporation of foreign investment company, registration of trade mark and patent, immigration matter, adoption and works that require notarization from public notaries. She heads the firm's litigation and arbitration practice group.

Lexyndo Hakim

Lexyndo specializes in intellectual property rights and criminal practices. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association and one of the very few Indonesian lawyers licenced by the Indonesian Intellectual Property Office as an IP-related agent. In 2009, he was appointed as legal expert to the Indonesian Parliament. He also serves as the vice-president of a legal committee under the Indonesian Chinese Clan Association.

He heads the firm's intellectual property rights and criminal practice groups.

Mega Yustisia

Mega is an Indonesian legal counsel / advisor specializes in banking - related transactions. Her service includes ship financing, aircraft financing, property financing, acquisition financing, commodity financing and project financing. Her legal opinion on various debt / loan transactions is frequently sought by the lenders. She heads our banking and property practice group. She is a committee member of the Indonesian Advocate Association.
